For its age and having been handled, looked at and in storage for quite a while, the book is in great condition. When flipping thru the pages, I did not see any loose pages, tears, writing or markings. However, I noticed a few defects: The covers have shelf wear. There is a scratch like indent that runs along the middle of the spine above the eagle and the top of the spine has crumpled corners. Inside the front cover at the top next to the spine is a whitish area that looks like excess glue seepage. The pages are lightly toned on the edges. Pages 455 - 458 have a small fold over at the top unbound corner. See all 12 pictures of the book you will be getting. Note that due to the lighting the color is not correct in some of the pictures.I will combine shipping based on total weight and your Zip Code.
