A deeply emotional work of self-reflection, spirituality and psychology, written by Lewis during and after his wife’s sickness and eventual death. A study on grief that is both incredibly personal and universal at the same time. A very clean copy with mild shelf wear to jacket. Boards are straight and clean. Slightly cocked spine and with a few instances where binding material is viable in gutters, but binding remains quite strong on the whole. All pages are clean and unmarked though mildly tanned.
