Published by Routledge in London, and quite scarce in this original format. In good condition, with separation of the front and rear cover from the binding. Cover and pages are in quite good condition, with some wear and creasing, and mild toning. Small tear to top of one page. All pages are attached to sewn binding, and unmarked. A very nice copy of this scarce book. Will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS media mail.
