These Stage/Space magazines are from the first and second ever seasons of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theatre. The DCPA flourished and evolved and is now 45 years in. The magazines were program notes sent to season subscribers seven times a year. Included here are numbers 5, 10, 11 and 12. The productions featured were Steve Tesich's "Passing Game". Mr. Tesich came to Denver for the production. He was up for an Academy Award at the time for "Breaking Away". Another was "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" by Abe Burrows and Frank Loesser. Another was "Medea" by Robinson Jeffers. Rounding this collection out is "Wings" by Arthur Kopit, a Pulitzer finalist. The magazines have information or interviews with the playwright and other related content. The pieces have the mailing address of the original owner still attached. Overall very good condition. How to Succeed in Business has some light bends to the exterior. Medea has some torn areas on the spine. All have clean, unmarked text. Ships with USPS media mail.
