I do not think you will find better condition books and Prints. ALL Prints are available and in pristine condition, most have never been taken out of the envelope inside the books, I believe this is where the value is in this collection(Pristine PRINTS). The books themselves are all near mint as they might have a smudge or two on them but overall condition is excellent, The Prints are all in mint condition.
