Larger sized 8 ½ by 5 ¾ by 1 3/4” thick in beige linen weave cloth over board hard cover, title in black on the spine, front and back dust jacket remnants are also present, 537 pages including indices. It is an excellent single compendium of selections from the writings from the Church Fathers on Revealed Religion, the Catholic Church, and its Sacramenrtal system, edited by a noted Jesuit, and with introductory readings preceding each section. Condition of the book graded generally Fine- fresh & clean & unused looking, but NOTE there is some underlining and very carefully printed marginalia in the Introduction section 1st few pages only. The actual body of texts from the Church Fathers, with the exception of a very few paragraphs noted with marginal lines, is fresh and unmarked...but the slight marginalia is noted and reflected in the lower pricing for the book.
