The Pears of New York, hard cover book. Copy right 1921. This book is in good condition for its age. There is a stamped mark on the inside front cover, from Senator Benard Downing. As for damage, there are some disconnected pages, but they are still there, in the book. I have noticed two of them that are loose. Also there are water marks on the outside cover, but it does not go through. I took several photos, I use them a part of my description. Please look over all photos carefully. This book is highly sought after, and would make an excellent addition for any collector's collection. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
