Volume 14 does appear to have been bent somehow, I tried to capture it in the pictures but it was difficult for some reason. Volume 17 I didn't see any writing on the pages to take a picture of but there were signs of aging on the exterior sides of the pages that I did get pictures of. All the rest I saw writing in and some had holes in the pages or tears in the corners where someone made a bookmark.
